How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

Ideally, you should book your wedding planner as soon as possible, especially if you're planning a wedding during peak seasons. We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, but we are happy to work with couples who are planning in shorter timeframes as well. For event planning for your corporate event we suggest 3-6 months in advance, especially for large or complex events. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies based on the type of services you choose and the size and complexity of your wedding. We offer customized packages to fit your needs. For an accurate quote, please contact us for a consultation.

Do you work with specific vendors, or can I choose my own?

We have a list of trusted vendors we recommend, but we’re happy to work with any vendors you prefer. We’ll coordinate with your chosen vendors to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Do you handle the event logistics as well?

Absolutely! We take care of all the logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, technology setup, event registration, transportation, and more. We handle the details so you can focus on engaging your audience.

How do you ensure the event runs smoothly on the day of?

We handle all the event-day coordination, including managing the schedule, directing staff and vendors, ensuring everything is set up on time, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. We’re there to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.

Will you help with the wedding timeline and schedule?

Yes! One of the most important aspects of wedding planning is creating a timeline. We’ll work with you to create a detailed schedule, including vendor arrivals, ceremony times, photos, and more, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

What happens if an emergency arises on the wedding day or corporate event day?

We are experienced in handling emergencies and unexpected situations. If anything comes up, we’ll take care of it quickly and efficiently, ensuring that your wedding or corporate event runs smoothly without you having to worry.
